ADS is delighted to announce that we are looking to organise a United Kingdom shared stand at PolSecure in Kielce, Poland in 2023.
PolSecure is organised by the Polish Police Headquarters, with a particular focus on public safety. The 2023 edition is the second edition of the event and in 2022, over 2,000 attendees from across Police, Border Guard, the State Fire Service and State Protection Service, amongst others, attended. The event will be an excellent opportunity to engage with stakeholders from across these services in Poland.
Additionally, as the Polish Ministry of Interior and Administration announced the ‘New Programme of Modernisation of Uniformed Services for 2022-2025’ in 2021, this event will be an excellent opportunity for UK companies to engage. The aim of the programme will be to continue the modernisation of law enforcement services in Poland; covering the Polish Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service and State Protection Service. Under the proposed legislation, approximately 10bn PLN (ca £1.86bn) will be dedicated to the modernisation of law enforcement services of which 4.4bn PLN (ca £800m) will be spent on investment and equipment.
The priorities of the proposed programme include, but is not limited to:
- 250 new police stations
- New police school and a new building dedicated to the Police Central Forensic Laboratory
- Uniforms and PPE
- Modernisation of police equipment
- Modernisation of existing radar surveillance systems for Polish marine areas
- Modernisation / development of perimeter system alongside the Eastern border
- Vehicles
- Hovercrafts
- Reconnaissance aircrafts
- Additional patrol and special vehicles
- Fire training facilities
- Fire engines
- ICT
