FIA2026: ADS & MOD Chalet Meeting Rooms and Receptions
ADS is pleased to offer meeting room and presentation space hire within the ADS & MOD Chalet. Rooms accommodate 6–8 guests in a meeting-room layout or 12–20 guests in a boardroom layout, and are available to book Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.
The package includes refreshments – tea, coffee and water – with additional catering available through our appointed caterers at an extra cost. AV equipment can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Reception Hire
For larger groups of 30 guests or more, an exclusive area of the ADS & MOD Chalet’s Upper Deck is available to hire for breakfast briefings from 08:30–10:30 or afternoon receptions from 15:00–17:00.
The space is available to hire for £2,980*, with catering and AV equipment available at an additional cost.
* All prices are exclusive of VAT and FIA trade visitor passes
** Half day times are: 08:30-12:30 or 13:30-17:30
