ADS is pleased to offer ADS members and affiliates the opportunity to hire meeting rooms and presentation space for breakfast briefings in the ADS & MOD Chalet at FIA 2026.
Meeting Room Options:
Private meeting rooms offer seating for 6 / 8 people (meeting room style) or 12 / 20 (boardroom style) are available to hire at an hourly, daily or weekly rate, Monday-Friday, from 08:30 – 17:30.
Refreshments, tea, coffee, and water will be included in the meeting room package. Additional catering can be arranged through our chalet caterers at an additional cost. Please contact Jadzia Koprowska for further details once your meeting room booking has been processed. A TV screen for presentations purposes is available in the meeting room, which is included in the cost of the meeting room. Additional AV equipment can also be arranged at a cost.

Receptions:
For larger groups of 30 and above, an area of the chalet’s exclusive Upper Deck is available to book for breakfast briefings from 08:30 – 10:30, or afternoon receptions from 15:00 - 17:00. You can hire this area for £2,980 +VAT, with catering and AV available at an additional cost. Should this be of interest to you then please contact Joe Peace for availability.
