ADS is looking to gauge expressions of interest to join a new ADS Pavilion specifically for SMEs at DVD2026.
DVD2026 is a two-day biennial event at UTAC Millbrook bringing together defence industry, delivery teams and end users of land equipment. It is an ideal event for ADS SME members to showcase innovation and connect with decision-makers across the MOD, namely the National Armaments Director Group and Army Headquarters. There are opportunities to engage directly with MOD staff, contribute to seminars and workshops, and share your expertise to help develop real-world solutions for the UK's armed forces.
The UK Government has pledged to increase spending with SMEs by £2.5 billion by May 2028. The SME Zone, in which the ADS SME Pavilion will be located, is a critical step in achieving this goal by creating direct access for smaller suppliers to fuel economic growth and strengthen national Defence capabilities.
ADS SME PAvilion Package
- A modern pod space with professional artwork using your branding. All the exhibition essentials including power, high-speed wifi and built in lighting
- An informal space designed for 1-to-1 meetings
- Inclusion in the official DVD2026 showguide
- Dedicated support from the Defence Office for Small Business Growth, as well as ADS
- TED talk slot in the SME presentation area, which will be filmed and made available to utilise after the even
- 2 passes for stand staff
- Onsite visibility under the 'ADS Pavilion' branding within the SME Zone
- Feature in the tailor-made Pavilion brochure that will be available onsite
- Dedicated ADS event manager to assist with pre, onsite and post event management
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ADS SME Pavilion in the SME Zone:
- UK-based - must be an independent business based in the UK
- Company size - fewer than 250 employees
- Turnover - annual turnover not exceeding £44 million
- Relevancy - producing products, services, or technologies relevant to the land domain (e.g. sensors, software, systems)
- New to DVD - no contracts with MOD or prior exhibition presence at DVD
- Non-traditional suppliers - ideally those currently outside of the traditional Defence supply chain or without an MOD contract
- ADS member - only available to ADS members
