ADS is pleased to offer the ADS & MOD Chalet’s Upper Deck Hospitality packages at FIA 2026, offering a range of exclusive hospitality options for ADS members, affiliates and non-members.
Choose a package to suit your requirements:
Silver Upper Deck Hospitality package
Enjoy a two-course, self-service, cold buffet including a continuous supply of tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine during you allocated time.
Available at one of two lunch sessions: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:30 – 14:30 (must be pre-booked). Seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis*
Gold Upper Deck Hospitality package (for 4/6/10 people only)
Enjoy a two-course, self-service, cold buffet including a continuous supply of tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine during you allocated time. Gold Upper Deck Hospitality reserves a private table to ensure your party are sat together.
- Available at one of two lunch sessions: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:30 – 14:30 (must be pre-booked)*
- Access is from: 11:30 - 13:00 for the 12:00 – 13:00 dining option, which gives 30 minutes access prior to lunch
- Access is from: 13:30 – 15:00 for the 13:30 – 14:30 dining option, which gives 30 minutes after lunch.
Platinum Upper Deck Hospitality Package cost (FOR 4/6/10 people only)
Platinum Upper Deck hospitality gives you and your party unlimited access to the Upper Deck from 11:30 – 17:00, including a prime-location table* next to the balcony windows overlooking the airfield for the duration of the afternoon and the opportunity to view the flying display from the balcony. Enjoy a two-course, self-service, cold buffet (served 12:00 – 14:30) including a continuous supply of tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine throughout your time in the chalet.
Meeting room bookings
ADS is pleased to offer meeting room and presentation space hire within the ADS & MOD Chalet. Rooms accommodate 6- 8 guests in a meeting room layout or 12 - 20 guests in boardroom layout and are available to book Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30. To express interest please contact Joe Peace.
