Barossa Partners is a UK-based advisory and capital introduction firm focused on the defence and dual-use sectors. We work with growth-stage companies across the defence supply chain, particularly within the enabling layer, helping them access appropriate forms of capital including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.

In addition to capital, we support companies with strategic positioning, valuation, and investor readiness. Our network includes institutional investors, family offices, credit funds, and industry specialists, alongside former military and defence professionals.

Our role is to sit between companies and capital providers, ensuring that businesses with credible technologies and demand visibility are matched with the right funding solutions. We are particularly focused on addressing the funding gap faced by companies as they scale beyond early-stage capital, supporting sustainable growth and contributing to the resilience of UK and allied defence capability.
