WATCH BACK ON DEMAND

Join us once again for a deep dive into the realm of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and sustainability as part of the New Professionals Forum (NPF) Sustainable Futures Series.

As with our first session hosted earlier this year, this webinar from the NPF was developed with our colleagues at the Sustainability in Defence Network (SDN- formerly called the ESWG) to offer valuable insights into how sustainability is becoming integral to defence capabilities and how you can be part of this exciting transformation.

In this session we consider how ESG will shape the future workforce in the defence sector. We looked at the ESG Defence Charter and hear from industry leaders on the Charter's impact, the growing importance of green skills and practical actions for aligning with ESG Goals.

We will be delving into:

  • The impact on priorities and goals when signing up to the ESG Defence Charter
  • The ESG Defence Charter - collaboration across the supply chain and opportunities for SMEs
  • How ESG can drive skills development and workforce upskilling
  • The importance of green skills in the defence sector
  • How employees can play their part

Joining us on the panel will be:

  • Ben Knight - Head of Sustainability, Leonardo
  • Sam Healy - Group Director ESG, QinetiQ
  • Kady Marriott - Associate Partner, WIthYouWithMe
  • George Dietz - Economics and Data Adviser, ADS (Moderator)

Whether you’re employed within a large organisation, SME, supply chain partner, or individual looking to upskill, this webinar will equip you to drive sustainable change in your organisation.
