Background:
As you are probably aware, the ManEx Management Commitment Toolkit was originally launched in 2006 and has undergone various updates the current version is 2019.This course is designed to provide the classroom training element for individuals who want to progress to SC21 OE Manufacturing Excellence Practitioner status
DELIVERY:
The classroom course will be delivered as a 2-day live classroom.
Who is it for?
- Anyone in industry with a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing wanting to understand the SC21 Manufacturing Excellence Toolkit, its relation to the EFQM Model and how it can be used to make their organisation more effective.
- Other individuals who want to become Practitioners in Manufacturing Excellence (trainees).

- explain how the SC21 Manufacturing Excellence Toolkit could benefit their organisation and how it could be used to overcome current and future challenges
- explain how the tools are structured and how the different elements apply to their organisation and supply chain
