ADS is proud to be working alongside the Department of Business and Trade (DBT) and the British Embassy to host the third instalment of the Public Security Exhibition (PSE) in Brussels, following on from previous successful editions in recent years.

This PSE will be focussed on showcasing cutting-edge UK security capabilities to help meet current security challenges in Belgium. This event will be an excellent opportunity to network and build relationships in-country, as well as capitalise on the international setting of Brussels through G2G, EU and NATO engagements in the security and resilience sector.

The specific demand signals received to date include:

  • Border control, with a focus on ports
  • Counter-smuggling capabilities
  • Scanning/ item investigation
  • Vehicle forensics
  • Counter-drone capability
  • Armoured vehicles
  • Cyber security
  • SIGINT capabilities for Law Enforcement applications

Event Format

The format for the event will consist of an early evening reception on 10 September, featuring refreshments, networking with UK and local stakeholders, as well as welcome speeches. This will be followed by a tabletop Public Security Exhibition on 11 September, with capability and doctrine discussions supported by UK government representatives. The event will conclude in the mid-afternoon to allow for return travel to the UK.
