Following a successful launch of Secure by Design (SbD) by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), we are looking forward to welcoming Christine Maxwell, Director of Cyber Defence at MOD, and senior representatives from a number of Defence primes and SMEs to discuss the programme.
This will be a great opportunity for those in the defence supply chain to hear about SbD, supply chain security messaging and how the MOD is modernising in the cyber security area. There is so much going on in this space, so it can be really difficult for industry to keep up. This is a perfect opportunity to hear of the changes and ask questions directly to Christine and representatives from UK defence primes.
Topics that will be covered include:
- What is SbD?
- Changes to the DCPP Cyber Security Model and contract clauses that are coming
- How to raise challenges/queries with MOD
- How the DCPP groups are working to drive a better approach for industry
- How we really want to know about supply chain incidents
- How to bring SMEs into the MOD cyber supply chain
