With two participation packages and sponsorship opportunities there are numerous ways to get involved with the Charity Cycle.
Full participation package – 32 full event participation places are available on a first come basis. The cost to participate is £1950 + VAT per person which includes:
Final stage participation package – To ensure inclusivity there is an option to join the core team for the final stage of the event (Oxfordshire to Hampshire). An additional 40 participants have been permitted for the final processional stage which will be 45 miles approx. The cost for this option is £350 + VAT per person and includes:
*By committing to participate you will be required to sign a health declaration and ADS cannot take any responsibility for any illness or injury. There is an independent experienced support team in place who will put measures in place to keep everyone safe. We will be required to pass on your details to Maximum Adventure who will oversee the event and arrange accommodation.

Our event partner package has been designed to significantly bolster the level of donation contribution for our charity beneficiaries. In recognition of headline level support, our event partners will be assigned the following benefits:
Our stage partner package enables your organisation to own the stage. The following stages remain available to secure: 1) Cumbria, 2) Shropshire, 3) Oxfordshire. The following benefits will be assigned:
Our kit sponsor package enables your organisation to have 30 jerseys displaying your company branding. The jerseys will be worn by participants throughout the 6 days of the event:
Over the next few months, we will be doing a series of events and challenges to support the cycle. With more information to come, we will be giving opportunities to individuals who may not be able to join us on the cycle to engage and participate in alternative ways.
