Bound by a common passion for maritime engineering our skilled team are all Security Cleared, with a mix of Chartered/Incorporated/Fellow Engineers, RN experience, and time served in industry. Teams combine across specialisations and skills delivering project, board level and operational engineering support.

 Systems Engineering: Delivering engineering support across the Defence Lines of Development that   comprise ‘military capability’ and the through life management of that capability.

Supportability Engineering:  ILS practitioners who support both the design and implementation of in-Service support solutions.

Operational and Safety Engineering: Intimate knowledge of safety management in ships as defined in DSA 02 and Ships Operating Centre Safety Organization and Arrangements leaflets.

Ship-Air Integration: Experience developing Interface Control Documents, Ship Aviation Safety Case Reports and Ship Air Release recommendations, as well as supporting safety clearances and Naval Authority certification submissions..

Business/Project Support: Extensive experience of project management, bid support/review, and business decision making analysis. Fleetwind is able to provide this support from a position of an intimate knowledge of the business – from maritime systems and equipment to ships to naval bases.
