We are a dedicated Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specialising in the design, manufacture, and testing of high-technology, high-mix, low-to-medium volume electronic products for the defence and aerospace sectors—where uncompromising quality and reliability are paramount.

Our operations are grounded in lean manufacturing principles, prioritising efficiency, agility, and continuous improvement. Production is organised around cellular manufacturing cells that streamline workflow and optimise process control. These are equipped with state-of-the-art surface mount technology, through-hole assembly, box-build capabilities, conformal coating, and comprehensive testing—including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and vibration testing.

In addition to product realisation, we design and manufacture bespoke test solutions to ensure functional performance and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Our engineering teams also provide Design for Manufacturing (DfM) guidance to maximise yield, reduce cost, and reduce lead time.

To support long-term product support, we deliver robust Obsolescence Management and apply stringent counterfeit mitigation strategies in line with internationally recognised standards.

Our quality management system is aligned with the specific demands of aerospace, defence, and other high-reliability industries. We are certified to BS EN (AS)9100, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus, with workmanship standards maintained to IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 Class 3.
