Drone Masterclass will provide CAA approved General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) and A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) courses amongst other non CAA courses aimed at supporting UK Drone Pilots of all abilities.

Andrew Hamilton commented; “Since leaving the CAA, I wanted to be able to improve the learning experience for persons looking to fly drones in UK Airspace and provide an additional level of training covering areas that pilots had told me they felt weaker in.

Over the last six months myself and the team at Crowded Space Drones have worked with the CAA to become an RAE and today the culmination of that is the launch of Drone Masterclass.

Two types of courses are on offer, CAA Approved GVC and A2 CofC’s, in addition to brand new bespoke courses in areas such as GDPR, Congested Areas and for Spotters & Observers. Courses can be taken online, 24 hours a day to suit every learner’s availability to take the course”.

Drone Masterclass have also entered into agreements with major UK drone service organisations to create a new way for them to deliver their induction training & pilot assessments through our brand new Learner Management System.”
