They did it!
The ADS Charity Cycle has successfully completed its 350-mile journey from Belfast to Bristol, bringing together riders from across industry to raise funds for three outstanding charities:

Itinerary
- Stage one - Belfast
- Stage two - Dublin
- Stage three - Mid-Wales
- Stage four - South Wales
- Stage five - Bristol
The challenge began with a visit to Air Ambulance Northern Ireland before the team set off for Newry, meeting Carla Lockhart MP along the way. Over the following days, riders travelled through Ireland, joined colleagues from the Irish Defence & Security Cluster in Dublin, and tackled demanding 70+ mile stages through Wales during the summer heatwave.
After five days in the saddle, the team crossed the finish line in Bristol to a warm welcome from supporters, colleagues and partners.
This challenge would not have been possible without the support of our sponsors and partners. A huge thank you to TT Electronics and RC Fornax for their sponsorship, and to SEKO for providing the logistics support that helped keep riders and equipment moving safely throughout the week.
While the cycling may be over, the fundraising continues. Every donation helps support lifesaving services, veteran mental health and opportunities for people facing significant challenges. If you'd like to support the ADS Charity Cycle and our charity partners, there's still time to donate.
Participation packages
Full participation package - 20 full event participation places are available on a first come basis. The cost to participate is £1985 + VAT per person which includes:
- 4 nights bed & breakfast hotel accommodation (based on two people sharing a room. A single occupancy option is available for an additional charge - invoiced separately from Maximum Adventure)
- Support van
- Snacks and water
- Qualified cycle leaders
- Mechanical support
- 24hr emergency assistance.
Single stage participation package - To ensure inclusivity there is an option to join the core team for any given stage of the event. There will be a limited number of spaces per day for this option available on a first come first served basis. The cost for a single stage is £150 + VAT per person and includes:
- Participation in a specific stage
- Support van
- Snacks and water
- Qualified cycle leaders
- Mechanical support
- Emergency assistance
- RC Fornax to host the finish line with a family and friends welcome and cyclists' celebration reception, plus charity showcase.
