Company Profile
The four founding directors bring more than 130 years of combined experience across defence safety, airworthiness and risk management, spanning regulatory authority, programme delivery and operational environments. Their backgrounds include service within the Royal Air Force and Army, alongside extensive careers across the UK Ministry of Defence, including the Military Aviation Authority and Defence Equipment & Support (now the National Armaments Director Group), as well as senior roles within specialist defence consultancy.
Collectively, the founding team has operated across almost every aspect of UK military aviation regulation. Experience includes holding airworthiness authority, delivering independent assurance to three-star level, developing safety cases across platforms ranging from C-130 and A400M to Protector and Shadow R1, and implementing safety management systems within complex organisations including HMNB Clyde. That experience also extends internationally through enterprise-level BowTieXP delivery for the Swiss Military Aviation Authority, work with OCIMF, and software training delivery for ATR.
This breadth of experience underpins Veriten’s approach, combining regulatory understanding with practical operational insight across complex and safety-critical environments.
