Investment Casting – Offering both air-melted materials and vacuum melted superalloys the range and capability is comprehensive. Tritech offers a superior service in the production of high quality and complex cast components. Laboratories are located within each of Tritech Group’s foundries and offer a range of NADCAP certified metallurgical testing services that include Non-destructive testing, Chemical Processing, Grain Structure Analysis and Hardness Testing.

CNC Machining – Vertical and horizontal CNC milling, multi-axis CNC mill/turn, 2-axis CNC turning and simultaneous 5-axis machining can be utlised for complex castings or the manufacture of components from solid billet

Surface Treatments – Tritech manages an extensive catalogue of Surface Treatments with well established & industry trusted sub-contractors including Anodise, Alochrom,Primer, Paint and Xylan Coating.

Assemblies – The provision of added value assembly services is a welcomed offering to our customers. Our REACH compliant capabilities include; Wet & Dry Assembly, Complex Sub Assemblies, Riveting & Nut Installation , Composite & Metallic Structure Bonding.
