Roffey Park Institute is a UK-based educational charity with over 75 years of expertise in Organisational Development (OD) and action learning. It offers postgraduate qualifications – including an MSc in People and Organisational Development – alongside open programmes, tailored learning, consultancy and coaching.

With a focus on human-centred, experiential learning, Roffey Park uses dialogic and peer-based approaches to develop leadership, HR and organisational capability. Its flexible delivery options include online, blended and in-person formats.

Based on a 40-acre campus in West Sussex, the institute provides a dedicated space for immersive learning while also supporting clients globally. As a charity, it conducts applied research and shares insights through events and publications to drive positive change in workplaces and society.
