Puma Berry Ltd is a UK defence and aerospace SME delivering specialist engineering and delivery capability through outcome-based Statements of Work and defined work packages. We combine experienced delivery leadership with security-cleared SQEP and specialist contractors, enabling rapid mobilisation, governance, assurance and value for money on complex programmes.

Our technology focus includes C4ISR and mission systems, electronic warfare, naval and maritime systems—including undersea, sonar and autonomous capabilities—counter-UAS, optronics and space-related technologies.

Our team brings practical experience from major defence programmes including AJAX and Challenger 3 in land platforms and mission systems; Crowsnest in airborne mission systems; and Critical Raw Materials research. We have experience working with defence primes and Tier 1 organisations, providing coherent, outcome-focused teams rather than simply supplying individual CVs.
