Since 1973 Photo-Sonics International Ltd. (PSIL) has provided equipment and support to European flight test engineers involved in acquisition recording and processing of images and data. This support includes assistance and advice on the selection of the most appropriate equipment, and specialised applications engineering for each customers unique requirements. Based in Thame, near Oxford, U.K., the company has developed unique expertise in a number of niche areas of flight test instrumentation.New video imaging technology has been incorporated into PSILs product portfolio, building on the companys extensive experience of high-speed cameras and data recorders. Our range of high-resolution ruggedised cameras includes colour HUD cameras, which can be used with on-board recorders and/or telemetry to the ground station.
