We are an independent mechanical, systems, and manufacturing engineering consultancy delivering practical, data-driven support across the full asset lifecycle.

Our work centres on improving the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of physical assets and manufacturing operations. We provide asset management and lifecycle engineering services including maintenance strategy development, maintenance instructions and scheduling, spares optimisation, obsolescence management, and reliability engineering.

A core part of our approach is the use of engineering data analysis and visualisation to inform decisions and prioritise effort. Data-led insight is embedded across our work, supporting maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, and asset management activities and enabling clearer understanding of asset behaviour, risk, and performance.

We also deliver manufacturing engineering services, including manufacturing methods and process studies, design-for-manufacture reviews, and engineering support to procurement and supplier assessment, provided on an advisory basis.
