Krempel has particular expertise in the area of composite radomes and antenna shrouds/covers for applications on Land, Sea and Air.
We specialise in the manufacture of composite and polymer tubes, radomes and other components using a variety of processes including –
- Thermoplastic and thermo-set moulding
- Tube rolling – Carbon Fibre, Epoxy glass, Silicone Glass, SRBF, SRBP etc
- CNC machining
- Laminate pressing
- Wet layup, pre-preg and resin transfer composite construction
- Value added assembly techniques.
Our parts are used in a variety of different sectors, Marine, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial, Medical etc
Over the last few years we have had significant investment in our machining capability with new purchases of a Belotti FLA-5 axis router, two Hedelius T6 CNC machining centres and a DN Solutions SMX2600ST 9-axis mill-turn.
