Iron Compass provides UK and European clients the ability to understand and navigate a dynamic US government market and work with US industry and finance.  A UK-based consultancy, Iron Compass began in 2023 with a small team of UK and German based consultants each with extensive operational military, diplomatic attaché, and security assistance experience.  The vision was to enable small and medium sized US and Canadian defense/space firms to work with governments and industry across the Atlantic in support of Allied priorities.  In June 2025 we expanded, partnering with a network of 180 US-based consultants drawn from senior ranks of industry and government, to provide a similar service to UK and European clients looking to expand in North America.   
Since launching in 2023, Iron Compass has connected US/Canadian clients to 17 allied governments in Europe, Africa, South America and the Indo Pacific as well as NATO procurement leadership and national delegations, US Forces Commands in Europe and Africa and a variety of Special Operations communities. We have worked extensively enabling Ukraine support and strengthening NATO capabilities in addition to arranging industry to industry engagements and partner matching and client meetings with US and allied civil agencies.
