Core Helander activities involve manufacture of hard metallic components and sub-assemblies ranging from super alloy materials to steels and aluminium using conventional subtractive CNC ‘lights out’ manufacturing to provide value for money and reduced costs for our customers. Helander has experience of machining and treatment of additively manufactured parts grown from inconel and titanium powders and has conducted successful machining trials in collaboration with our customers. Helander is AS9100 revision D (ISO9001:2015) approved and is a beneficiary on the UK ‘Sharing in Growth’ scheme.
