Etherstack develops the standards-based technology — including waveforms, software-defined networking, and cross-domain interoperability — that underpins resilient real-time defence communications. Etherstack technology is widely used in live operations by clients that range from specialist SMEs to some of the world’s largest defence and mission-critical organisations. Products include platform-independent NATO Narrowband Waveform (NATO NBWF) TETRA and P25 waveform implementations, and NATO STANAG radio-to-radio and radio-to-cellular real time gateways. Etherstack is also a research contributor to multiple defence communications projects at Dstl.
