Decision Lab provides mission-ready, AI-powered decision support systems to help leaders across the defence and national security industrial base master complexity. We also develop drone control systems, and secure simulation twins and digital twins, powered by Agentic AI and Reinforcement Learning. 

We enable partners to de-risk critical production ramp-ups for munitions and platforms, justify strategic CAPEX for ‘future factories’, and build resilient sovereign supply chains by illuminating vulnerabilities in lower tiers. By identifying hidden bottlenecks before they impact operations, we help optimise resource allocation across complex programme portfolios and enhance MRO efficiency for greater asset availability. Our work ensures vital capability is delivered on time, on budget, and with predictable success, strengthening national security.

In the sectors most relevant to ADS, we currently have projects for: Babcock International, Leonardo, Thales, Rolls-Royce, the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory and Cranfield University.
