CBRNE Ltd focuses on defence and security related issues addressing human behaviour, human factors, risk management and ethical issues. To support the “soft issues” mentioned above CBRNE Ltd has subject matter expertise on matters relating to CBRNE with operational experience in the field from both a defence and security perspective. Our work domain includes: Human Behaviour, Human Factors, Ethical Research Protocols, Ethics guidelines, Cultural Guidelines, Aide Mémoire/Best Practice Brochures, Legal and Governance Issues, Resilience/Vulnerability Assessment (Matrices), the organising of validation and demonstration exercises, war gaming and analysis and mitigation of human error.

CBRNE Ltd is an SME that has grown organically as opportunities arise, expanding its activities beyond the traditional security sector to address more civil orientated projects with emphasis on European Union Framework Programme 7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe research and development activities and most recently grant funded by UKRI under the Horizon Europe Guarantee Scheme for Project ULTIMATE..

Examples include Project IMCOSEC (security of ISO Containers along the supply chain), Project D-BOX (Humanitarian De-Mining), Project SUBCOP (Person Born Improvised Explosive Devices [PBIED]), Projects PRACTICE, EDEN and PROACTIVE (all three ref CBRNE activities linked with civilians), Project MAGNETO (Multimedia Analysis and correlation engine for organised crime prevention and investigation), Project ENTRAP (Enhanced Neutralisation of explosive Threats Reaching Across the Plot), Project ALIGNER (Writing a roadmap for the research and development of AI in relation to activities of Law Enforcement Agencies and Project ULTIMATE (to bring forward innovations in the field of AI using hybrid AI approaches).

Based on its experience in the above European projects, CBRNE offers its AI Organisational Readiness Accelerator (AI ORA) which offers a methodology for organisational transformation using AI Technology. The programme offers organisations a strategic roadmap towards adopting innovative and relevant AI technologies to fast track existing proecesses and procedures. The programme is compliant with governance and risk mitigation measures.

The initaitive is designed to “demystify”  AI and clearly define measurable goals for organisations of any size to successfully adopt AI technologies.  The programme advises on currents AI technologies available in the market, where the technologies can be found, and how to integrate them.

The programme is tailored to audiences of different backgrounds such as engineers, managers, executives, sales and marketing etc.

The Unique Selling Point of the programme relies on conducting a bespoke audit of the organisational operations and deliver an AI strategic roadmap customised to meet its goal within an ethical framework of governance.
