BOX3 Is a different kind of consultancy, founded by senior consultants and ex civil servants who are frustrated by the consulting industries lack of customer focus and real-world results. At BOX3 we are fiercely independent – this means we always match the right solution, methodology or approach to the customer’s needs; this also means we don’t sell licences or engage in partnership or incentive programmes with technology vendors so that you know our advice is always truly independent and unbiased.

• Truly Independent and Tailored Approach: We prioritise customer-driven solutions without product sales, preferences or incentives. Focusing on real-world outcomes, value over cost, and accountability for public money.

• Deep Expertise & Fixed-Price Delivery: We only supply experts who have a proven track record of delivering in the public sector. This means we don’t provide inexperienced resources or large teams with a small number of experts. We aim to provide a condensed team of experts, delivering high value outcomes at a fixed price based on deep expertise.

• BOX3 Delivery Framework:: Our own framework for delivery which is data and metric driven and aligned to public-sector standards like HM Treasury Green Book, PRINCE2, MSP, NAO Guidelines, and CIPFA, we use live dashboards and burn-down tracking for transparent, controlled progress alongside recognisable governance such as boards and RAID to manage Risks and Decisions throughout the delivery.

• UK Home Grown: We are a UK Home Grown business based in the North of England. Our leadership team all hail from northern working-class backgrounds, as a result BOX3 works with community organisations and training partners to identify and develop new talent from these communities into our industry.
