Black Space Technology is a UK-based military medical software company specialising in scalable, future-proofed combat telemedicine solutions for the digitalisation of the medical battlespace. The systems are battlefield-proven, software-driven, hardware-agnostic, and configurable to local service needs, including language localisation. The solutions can be deployed on rugged servers within a walled garden environment for secure, offline use in far forward settings. Currently used by military, NGOs, intergovernmental and civilian organisations operating across land, sea and air. Black Space Technology works closely with the UK Ministry of Defence, NATO and United Nations to ensure operational fit and frontline relevance. All its products have full medical accreditation and received national recognition, including awards from the British Computer Society and UK Government’s Department for Business and Trade. The flagship product, Rapid-EPR, is a NATO compliant Electronic Patient Record (EPR) platform including MARCHE2 protocols, wireless vital sign monitoring and integrated telemedicine videoconferencing, with AI/ML powered predictive algorithms to detect early signs of casualty deterioration. Available in three configurations: Point-of-Injury (350g) for non-medically trained soldiers; Tactical Field Care (500g) for combat medics; and Prolonged Field Care (2.4kg) for medical teams. Other products include Rapid-MCI for mass casualty incidents and Rapid-ACE for autonomous casualty evacuation.
