Advanced Tooling Systems Ltd, is a world class Toolmaker, based on four sites in Kent. At ATS we specialise in taking concepts and bespoke products, through from design to manufacture.

We design and manufacture a variety of tooling solutions, including assembly jigs and workstations, inspection fixtures, hand/machine tooling and both plastic injection and compression mould tools.

Our Folkstone facility houses a 17,000 sq.ft. dedicated tool room, utilising the latest in 5 axis CNC machinery. Supporting the mould tool manufacture is a 18,000 sq.ft. moulding shop. Where most moulding facilities look at mass volume, we at ATS specialise in low volume complex parts, in both single and two shot mouldings. Supporting this activity, we offer a low cost option through our management team based in the far East.

The group HQ is at Maidstone, where, over two buildings, our team of highly skilled engineers, design, manufacture and commission tooling, machines and equipment for sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace and the Packaging Industry. We specialise in offering a full service to our customers, which include the planning, design and manufacture of full prodcution process solutions

At Maidstone we also complete full scale, show class mock ups, relating to both automotive and aircraft interiors. Our team of design engineers and pattern makers provide expertise in first and business class interiors, including galley’s and cabin systems.

Other activities include workstations for multi process turn key solutions, functions including robotic assembly, vacuum forming, edge wrapping and most recently, filling and packing lines for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
