Established over a decade ago using mid-infrared LED technology, GSS design and manufacture a range of carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors to suit a wide variety of environments that demand safety and robustness from the product. From our UK base we sell to over 50 countries and provide products to industries including aerospace, space, building control, caves, medical, fire detection, food transportation and diving applications.
We have the unique capability to manufacture own mid IR transmitters/receivers in wafer format so that we can individually develop and tune our sensors to a particular application. This along with our in-house team of technical specialists enables us to offer our clients a complete custom solution that precisely meets the needs of their specific CO2 requirement.

We are best in class in terms of our speed and response, we can measure at up to 50 measurements per second allowing real time response in aerospace applications

We already test our sensors and associated circuitry to demanding DO160 standards with excellent results indicating our robustness to High G aerospace environments
