ADS today announces key leadership changes designed to strengthen its organisational capabilities and enhance support for almost 1,800 members across the UK’s aerospace, defence, security, and space sectors.

As part of the move, Jon Gray – who has served as ADS’ Security and Resilience Sector Director for the past five years – will assume the role of Chief of Staff, leading ADS’ cross-cutting business functions.

Under his stewardship, ADS’ Security and Resilience sector membership has grown to over 900.

Commenting on the move, Jon Gray, Chief of Staff at ADS said:

“I am delighted to be continuing my work with our brilliant members – whose capabilities keep the UK safe, ensure our deterrence posture, connect people to new cultures, places and ideas; and ultimately deliver significant value to the UK economy.

“This does, however, mean the time is right to transition away from the role of Security and Resilience Director at ADS – the best role of my career to date! I look forward to working closely with my successor as we continue to drive our industry forward.”
