ODU will be demonstrating some of their market proven solutions alongside new connector developments, designed to ensure a reliable transmission of power, signals, data and media for a variety of demanding applications including military and security.

ODU Mini-Snap
The ODU Mini-Snap range provides robust metal circular connectors in four series: L, K, B and F – each with push-pull locking or break-away and with three termination types – solder, print or crimp.

With up to IP68 and over 5,000 mating cycles and an interface diameter of 6.4 millimetres.

Series L, K and B – pin and groove coding, with 20 – 40 contacts
Series F – half-shell coding and two to 27 contacts

ODU Medi-Snap
Featuring space‐saving design, high contact density and right-angled options, the plastic-bodied ODU MEDI‐SNAP ensures high performance, providing push‐pull or break‐away with mechanical and optical coding. It has high‐voltage up to 1,000 VAC, touch protection IEC 60601–1 (2 MOPP / 2 MOOP), is fully sterisable, with minimal installation and maintenance.

ODU-Mac
Also on show will be the ODU-Mac range, which offers versatile rectangular, modular connectors in four variants:

ODU-Mac Blue‐Line for manual‐mating, plus variants for automatic docking.
Different frame sizes, modules and housings allow a wide range of transmission media to be combined in one connector – precisely tailored to your application.
ODU-Mac White‐Line offers highly ergonomic handling, thanks to numerous locking options,
such as snap-in, spindle or lever, together with wide variety of plastic and metal housings.
ODU-Mac Silver‐Line for high-reliability docking systems.
Eight docking frames, in configurable lengths, equipped from over 30 data-transmission modules, tailored to your applications. An optional quick‐change head can provide up to 10 million mating cycles.
ODU-Mac Black‐Line is the interface solution for mass interconnects in testing PCB’s and electronically assembled units, serving as the interface between the device/unit under test and the test instruments.

Additional fibre-optic options
ODU have now transferred their high-performance expanded-beam technology from their existing high performace military connectors to other connectors in their portfolio, to provide solutions for an even wider range of industries and applications.
