Air Capability and RAF Digital Symposium 2026

The Air Capability and RAF Digital Symposium 2026 event has now grown to a full two day programme and is an opportunity for industry to engage with the Royal Air Force Capability team and new for 2026, the  Royal Air Force Digital team, to discuss future capability development and how we can work better together to develop and enhance what the RAF needs. This generates an improved understanding of where the MOD and industry can work collaboratively to address the current, emerging and future threats the UK faces.

Day One - Symposium & Dinner

Senior RAF and Allied representatives included

• Air Vice-Marshal Jim Beck, Director Capability and Programmes
• Dr. Arif Mustafa Director Digital Information & CIO, RAF Digital
• Brigadier General Todd N. Balfe, Royal Canadian Air Force
• Air Commodore Patrick Shea-Simonds, Head Capability Futures.

Day Two – Symposium & Bilateral Meetings

There will be a full Symposium programme from 08:30 – 15:15. In addition, as per previous years, we will provide industry the opportunity for direct twenty-minute bilateral meetings with Air Vice-Marshal Jim Beck, Dr Arif Mustafa and senior members of the Air Capability and Digital teams. These meetings will be booked in advance and offer the opportunity to discuss topics of the attendees’ choice.

N.B. Only conference / conference and dinner delegates will be able to book these bilateral meetings, and they will be booked per company rather than per person.
