Following the First Sea Lord session, you will have an opportunity to hear from Commodore Shaun Riordan, Navy Capability Director, who will build on the First Sea Lord's strategic ambition and provide greater insight into how the Royal Navy is taking forward the Hybrid Navy concept.
This will provide an important bridge between strategic ambition and capability delivery, giving industry a clearer understanding of the priorities, challenges and opportunities ahead, and how companies can engage with the Royal Navy as it develops the future force.
