Every two years, we launch our membership survey and we’re thrilled to launch it for 2026.

The survey gives us the opportunity to hear directly from our members, helping us to make better decisions about where we focus our time, investment and energy.

Just as importantly, it gives you the opportunity to influence what happens next.

As a token of our appreciation, all participants will be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to attend Farnborough International Airshow 2026, with hospitality in the ADS & MOD Chalet. This includes the Silver Upper Deck Hospitality Package with self-service, two-course cold buffet including a continuous supply of tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine, and view of the flying display from the balcony, during your allocated time.

We encourage every member to take part: we genuinely listen to what you tell us.

Many of the services and initiatives we have developed over recent years came directly from member feedback.

  • Members told us they wanted more opportunities to meet customers and win business, so we expanded our business development activity and strengthened our Meet the Buyer programme.
  • We heard that SMEs wanted more tailored support, so we created a dedicated SME Success Manager role to ensure smaller businesses had someone focused on helping them make the most of their membership.
  • Members also told us they wanted more support internationally. In response, we invested in a dedicated international events and business development team to help members explore new markets, build relationships and identify opportunities overseas.

Those changes didn’t happen because we thought they were good ideas. They happened because members told us they mattered.

Shaping support for professional services members

This year, we’re particularly interested in hearing from our professional services members. Whether you work in legal, finance, recruitment, consultancy, digital services, marketing or another specialist area, your expertise plays an important role in helping our sectors succeed.

We’ve added specific questions to the survey to help us better understand your priorities and how ADS can create more opportunities for professional services businesses to connect with members, share expertise and raise their profile across the community.

We know there is enormous value in the knowledge that exists within our membership. We want to do more to showcase that expertise and make it easier for members to find trusted partners and specialist support when they need it.

The survey only takes a moment to complete, but the feedback you provide will help shape the future of ADS and the services we offer.
