Following the successful inaugural launch at DPRTE 2025, ADS Group is pleased to once again present the Meet the MOD and Delivery Partner programme across both days of DPRTE 2026. This initiative offers a strategic platform for Ministry of Defence (MOD), together with Delivery Partners, to engage directly with industry and academia.

The programme focuses on helping the MOD identify and access new capabilities from a wider range of suppliers, innovators, and SMEs that align with priority needs. It provides targeted guidance to both new entrants and established defence companies, streamlining their route into MOD procurement pathways and ensuring they understand how to position themselves effectively within the defence landscape.

Through structured one-to-one meetings, ADS facilitates meaningful engagement between the MOD and industry, building trusted relationships that support long-term collaboration. The approach clarifies routes to capability readiness—whether through the Defence Sourcing Portal, DASA innovation programmes, or prime-contractor supply chains—while strengthening the UK’s defence innovation ecosystem by cultivating a more resilient, diverse, and high performing supply chain for future capability delivery.

MOD and delivery partners

To submit an application form, please review a link at the bottom of the page. Before applying, please review the requirements, and the defence related support that the MOD and Delivery Partners are seeking / can provide, to determine which participants are of interest to your organisation. More are expected to be added before the end of February.

Commercial X

  • Commerical X's mission is to get ground-breaking technologies and innovation into the Ministry of Defence’s hands, faster.
  • Micro, small and medium-sized businesses in the innovative R&D/technology space interested in breaking into defence. Particular interest in:
    • combat air, complex weapons, directed energy weapons, next-generation land and maritime capabilities, quantum technologies, drones and autonomous systems, space, artificial intelligence, cyber, engineering biology, advanced connectivity technologies, semiconductors
  • Businesses with dual use capabilities that can be repurposed for defence application or that are currently in use in one frontline command but have application to other commands

Export Control Joint Unit

  • Those suppliers who are planning to export potentially controlled goods, software and/or technology from the UK.

Hellios Information (JOSCAR)

  • Want to engage those companies seeking to find out more about the JOSCAR platform and how to maximise value through its use.

London Tech Bridge

  • The London Tech Bridge is a collaboration between the US Navy and Royal Navy to foster connectivity, agility, and innovation under the broader ambition of Delivering Combined Seapower. They provide a pre-commercial service matching defense problem holders with industry on both sides of the Atlantic. They want to meet SME companies with interesting or novel products that may be of use to defence.

MOD Test and Evaluation Transformation

  • They would like to meet anyone who has Test & Evaluation (T&E) facilities: ranges, environmental test facilities, anechoic chambers, EM facilities. Tour current core projects is the T&E Marketplace and they would like to make sure it is developed in a way that is useful for industry as well as MOD. A closed beta test will be running after March and they are looking for companies to be involved in this.
  • As well as these, the main interaction would be through the programme’s Range of the Future Project. As the name suggests, this is looking at requirements for test ranges in the future so new sensors, secure data connectivity, in situ analysis and other upgrades to speed up testing.
  • The other area would be solutions in the digital/synthetic environment and mobile applications of mobile Test & Evaluation. So these companies may not necessarily operate in Test & Evaluation specifically but their technology/services may be applicable in the T&E enterprise.

UK Defence Exports

  • Keen to meet with any UK SME in the defence and dual-use sector that is looking to export. They provide support through their Export Faculty – a free online resource designed to help UK SMEs to export.
  • They also promote investment into the UK and so are happy to meet with anyone on that issue. (although exporting is the main area of interest).

UK Export Finance

  • Primarily hoping to meet businesses either already exporting and looking for finance to expand their exporting activities or for businesses looking for finance to begin exporting.
  • Second objective is to meet with businesses not yet exporting but have the potential to export in the future to raise awareness of the support available from government when that time comes.
  • Our main offer for UK Suppliers is finance via underwriting loans from major high street banks and offering insurance against risk of non-payment. We do not have a hard list of criteria for supplier but generally speaking we are best placed to help businesses that:
    •    Have been trading for at least 3 years
    •    Have a turnover of at least £500,000
    •    Are either already engaged in or are looking to engage in exporting
  • We recently launched a new product called the Small Exports Builder which is designed to help finance smaller loans (from £25k building upto £100k) as they establish a positive trading history with their buyers.
