Introducing Claire Cutts, the new Chief People Officer of the ADS Group
We are delighted to welcome Claire to the ADS Group leadership team, working closely with Kevin Craven, CEO of ADS and Gareth Rogers, CEO of Farnborough International on our people strategy.
Claire brings a wealth of experience as a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of driving transformation and enabling people and performance to thrive. Her career spans global, brand-led organisations navigating complex change, including senior leadership roles where she has led international people strategies.
Based in London, Claire will work closely with the leadership teams across ADS, Farnborough International and UK Defence Solutions Centre to shape our Group-wide people strategy and will champion people priorities that strengthen the sector’s future in partnership with our members and stakeholders.
