UK defence and security sectors provide innovation and diverse expertise that equip UK Armed Forces, Police and Security Services with cutting-edge capabilities and solutions to protect the UK’s people, places and prosperity.
The sectors also provide a high-tech, high-skill, high-wage economy, employing over 302,000 people with an average salary of £37,750, 20% higher than the national average.
