WYG becomes first DIO ISO 44001 certified contractor
Award-winning professional services firm WYG has achieved ISO 44001 certification for its work on the Army Basing Programme (ABP) for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). ISO 44001 recognises collaborative business relationship management, with WYG the first project contractor to achieve this standard for a DIO major project enterprise.
WYS’s ISO certification was attained through global certification body DNV GL.

WYG’s collaborative working methodology on the ABP Salisbury Plain Housing Programme includes a joint relationship management plan and a joint partnering board, this enables the project partners to understand each other’s vision, values, and objectives. The certification recognises WYG’s success in delivering key benefits from effective collaboration, including enhanced performance and innovation, reduction in costs, and risk mitigation.
