Subsea Craft to demonstrate surface-submersible diver at DSEI
Advanced maritime defence technology company, SubSea Craft, will demonstrate its latest surface-submersible Diver Delivery Unit (DDU) at Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI), in London from 10-13 September 2019.
The craft will equip defence and security organisations with a capability to deploy operatives at remarkable distances on the surface at speed, before submerging and continuing to their destination subsurface. Built with the operatives at the forefront of the craft’s design, it ensures the crew will be ‘mission ready’ and return to base.
The company is supported by external partners such as: BAR Technologies, one of the world’s leading marine engineering authorities; SCISYS, leading IT developer; Sonardyne, leading independent global provider of underwater sonar technology. The company is also in constant dialogue with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, the UK’s leading government agency, in applying science and technology to the UK’s defence and security.
