HAELO Consulting was established in 2016 by Founder Mick O’Connor. Mick O’Connor is Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director with over 25 years leadership experience in the defence/aerospace, aviation, shipbuilding and oil/petrochemical sectors. Mick was appointed Chair of the Aerospace, Defence, Marine and Security Industry Leadership Group by the Scottish Government and led the development of the Aerospace, Defence, Marine & Security Industrial Strategy for Scotland in 2016.
