Phoenix Tooling Ltd was established in 1971 to fill the need for a precision engineering company manufacturing quality components and tooling to customer requirements.
It has expanded to its present strength of manpower and machinery to meet the ever growing needs of its customers and has become one of the foremost precision engineering companies in the South East.
In 1985 Phoenix Tooling moved to purpose-built accommodation on the prestigious Gillingham Business Park close to junction 4 of the M2. This site affords some 900 square metres of light and clean machine shop area with separate modern offices.
The environment is conducive to the high technology work undertaken by the company, and clients are always welcome.
Phoenix Tooling has signed a partnership agreement with UYGUR Ltd. UYGUR Ltd is a leader company in precision machining service to aerospace and defence industries in its market.
Through this partnership, a reliable AS9100 Quality Management System Certified supplier with 70 CNC machines (twenty-two 5-axis machines), with the capability of 5-axis simultaneous machining up to 4,2 meters is formed.

TEK Military Seating offers OEM tried and tested vehicle seating (Manufactured in the UK) which includes drivers, commanders, gunners, turret, loaders and crew with suspension, pedestal, sledge, runner, riser and plinth options. Blast attenuation seating, which is adjustable and reusable, also available, plus blast floor matting and universal vehicle stowage. ProTEK® military vehicle seating has been developed to offer unrivalled quality, functionality and modularity across most types of military vehicle (both Legacy and new build) utilising proven components which are either COTS (Commercial off the shelf) or MOTS (Modified off the shelf) - the benefit to the customer is that these seats can be produced quickly and that all the components have been tested and conform to current safety and military standards such as Stanag 4569 blast attenuation and Stanag 25-9 conforming seat restraints.
