LEMO UK introduces REDEL SP Series plastic connectors
LEMO has introduced the new IP68-rated REDEL SP Series plastic connectors, the next generation of high-performance connectors designed for critical applications in test & measurement and UAV environments.

Combining lightweight construction, high contact density and ergonomic design, the REDEL SP Series now delivers superior water and dust protection without compromising flexibility or reliability.
The REDEL SP Series features a patented internal Push-Pull latching system, ensuring secure, ergonomic connections that are easy to mate and clean. With up to 22 contacts in a compact Ø15.5 mm footprint, designers can achieve high-density connectivity even in tight spaces.
Constructed from FDA-certified PPSU, these connectors are five times lighter than steel yet extremely durable and compatible with repeated sterilisation, steam and ETO processes. IP68 sealing (2 m / 2 h when mated) protects sensitive electronics from moisture and dust, while 15kV ESD resistance safeguards critical signals.
