Futures Day

The Airshow is the perfect backdrop to motivate young people to study STEM subjects and discover the many different career opportunities available in the dynamic sectors of Aerospace and Defence. In 2016 Futures Day attracted over 5,000 young people.

On Friday 20 July 2018, groups from schools, universities and youth associations (aged between 11-21) who are registered by a teacher or group leader, will again get to attend the airshow and participate in Futures Day, for FREE.

European Space Agency Astronaut, Tim Peake, will officially open Futures Day 2018,  before groups set off to participate in a trail around the airshow site combined with an interactive programme of activities.
