S3000L & S4000P in service support aspects

ASD S4000P provides solutions in either developing or continuously improving Preventive Maintenance Task Requirements (PMTR) on a variety of complex technical Products. In conjunction with a project-specific Policy and Procedure Handbook (PPH), its strength lies in its ability to provide supportability engineering resolutions to complex in-service problems even when sufficient historical data is missing. The scope is to elaborate and/or optimize preventive maintenance programs.

This presentation demonstrates how S4000P has been developed, rationalized and been successfully pragmatic in its application on the current GAF Tornado In-Service Maintenance Optimisation (ISMO) project and why other RCM philosophies weren’t deemed suitable or appropriate.
