Briefings, Dinners and Workshops
We organise briefings, lunches, workshops and various training courses in the UK and overseas. The purpose of all these activities is to provide UK Industry with the very best opportunities to further their business at all levels, whether they be SME’s or larger companies. These events are ideal platforms to network with other companies, engage with the speakers, delegations from foreign countries and senior industrialists.
We run a number of networking events, which include everything from drinks receptions through to formal dinners, including our popular ADS Annual Dinner. These events provide the perfect opportunity to make new contacts and network with colleagues and friends in a relaxed atmosphere.
Inward / Outward Missions
We organise Missions on behalf of the Department for International Trade (DIT) targeting specific international business opportunities. UK companies travel in formal business groups and are hosted overseas; and international business groups travel into the UK where they are hosted, escorted and introduced to UK Industry.
Public Security Exhibitions (PSE’S)
Working in partnership with the Department for International Trade, Defence and Security Organisation (DIT DSO), we run a programme of sector specific table top exhibitions, giving companies the opportunity to show and demonstrate their equipment and services in cities located across Europe.
We manage the co-ordination of UK Pavilions at a number of global exhibitions. Those using our service have the opportunity to:
- Take advantage of personalised pre, onsite and post event management

Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) Support Scheme For Overseas Exhibitions
ADS is an accredited Trade Challenge Partner (TCP) approved by The Department for International Trade (DIT) to administrate and facilitate Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) funding. TAP funding supports eligible Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) that are primarily new to export, or do not have a long history of exporting, to learn how to use exhibitions as a key tool in their trade development plans. TAP funding is currently available for Milipol Paris and Singapore Airshow.
