The Air Capability Symposium 2025 is an opportunity for industry to engage with the Royal Air Force Capability team to discuss future capability development and how we can work better together to develop and enhance what the RAF needs. This will generate an improved understanding of where the MOD and Industry can work collaboratively to address the current, emerging and future threats the UK faces.
The first day’s themes will be confirmed in due course.

Day One - Symposium & Dinner
Senior RAF representatives attending include:

- Air Commodore Patrick Shea-Simonds, Head Capability Futures
- Air Commodore Chris Melville, Head Rapid Capabilities Office
Day Two - Bilateral Meetings
Day two will provide industry the opportunity for direct twenty minute bilateral meetings with Air Vice-Marshal Jim Beck & senior members of the Air Capability team. These meetings will be booked in advance and will offer the opportunity to discuss topics of the attendees’ choice.
N.B. Only day one conference delegates will be able to book these bilateral meetings.
