Join the Defence Trade Office, British Embassy, Washington DC for a series of briefings and networking opportunities with the US Department of Defense - Representatives from US Army, US Navy, US Air Force and USSOCOM are being targeted for attendance.
There will be members of the Comparative Technology Office (CTO) presenting on the Foreign Comparative Testing Program, which is a key route to contract for UK industry, and has resulted in UK companies winning an average of $100 million per year in US DoD contracts.
We’ll also have experts on hand to discuss US defence acquisition processes, and representatives from prime contractors who’ll share their experiences in working with small businesses on defence contracts. In addition, we will have US based consultants discussing the best approaches to selling UK equipment and services to the US DoD.
You will also get access to US based Ministry of Defence (UK) personnel, who have a remit to assist UK industry with gaining access to the lucrative US defence market.
