An opportunity for UK companies to meet with Boeing Space & Defence representatives from procurement, technical and other departments of BDS (Boeing Defense, Space & Security Division) at an event hosted at a BDS facility in Los Angeles, California. UK suppliers can present their technologies and capabilities to the BDS teams on a one to one basis as well as during a showcase. 

GROWTH & PROSPERITY PARTNERSHIP:

Expanding opportunities for UK companies in Boeing’s supply chain is part of the long-term Growth & Prosperity Partnership between Boeing and the UK Government. ADS working with the UK Government’s Department for International Trade and MoD wish to assist UK companies to engage with Boeing and present their capabilities at a dedicated event. 

UK SUPPLIER SELECTION PROCESS:

Interested companies will undergo an initial selection process. Successful companies will then be invited to attend the event. Note: The final list of invitees will be at Boeing’s discretion. You will be required to describe your technology, product or service within a set format for inclusion in a Capability Brochure that Boeing will review. Please do not make any travel arrangements for the event until your attendance has been confirmed. One person per company is permitted within the participation fee and encompasses:

  • Additional delegates may participate at a cost of £295 each which will enable them to participate in the full programme.  

Attendance fees:

Affiliates are those companies that are a member of Aerospace Wales, FAC, MAA, NWAA, WEAF or UK Space.

Fees are not payable unless and until Boeing has selected your company to attend therefore there is no cost to submit a brochure entry.

ADS will contact you at the appropriate point to arrange formal registration inc attendee names, contact details etc and issue invoices. This is expected to be at the end of September to allow sufficient time for travel planning. 

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own transport to the USA and to and from the venues.
